Americas Best Value Inn And Suites - Arlington/Grand Prairie

This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I even had some patches of dirt in the desert during my time in the military that were better than this place. The room was muggy when I walked in and found the heat. Unplugged, the door latch was broken, the curtains were missing hooks and appeared to be just tacked in place, the biggest surprise came when I opened the shower curtain for my shower and the family of roaches waved at me. ...read more

The staff was inadequate. Confusion on my reservation and other customers checking in before and after me. When we got to the room, the walls were brown, the floor was dirty, the 20 year old air conditioner did not work. Instead of moving us to another room, they switched out the air conditioner while we were getting ready to leave. There were bugs in the room and in the air conditioner. ...read more

It was old, run down, clean to the best it could to be so old. I will never stay in America's Best Value Inn & Suites again.

This hotel is not worth the price. A few dollars more for a night is definitely worth it. The hotel did not have alarm clocks, the remote did not work with the TV, the toilet was not correctly affixed to the floor, and there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Very dirty, had to wear flip flops to take a shower. Felt like I was in a horror film. Did not say both night that I paid for, we went somewhere else for the last night. Continental breakfast was bread milk water cereal and warm orange juice. Not very comfortable atmosphere. ...read more

The hotel is operated by Indians who are not familiar with American understandings. The staff is rude and the address of the hotel does not match with the GPS.
